Plant Peptone Bifido 為水溶性奶白色細粉，由精選的豌豆蛋白腖、米蛋白腖、酵母蛋白腖與L-半胱胺酸鹽酸鹽一水合物混合而成。含有高濃度蛋白質，並以胜肽與胺基酸形式存在，具良好吸收率，另含礦物質與生長因子。
Plant Peptone Bifido is a water-soluble fine cream powder, produced by blending the specially selected pea peptone, rice peptone, yeast peptone and L-Cysteine hydrochloride monohydrate. It contains a high level of protein in readily and easily absorbable pre-digested forms such as peptides and amino acids, minerals and growth factors.

Plant Peptone Bifido is used as nutrients in many types of fermentation including lactic acid cultures, pharmaceuticals and bioremediation. It is especially suitable for Bifidobacterium cultivation due to its balanced plant-based nutritional profile.
