Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Dahu Science Park, Taipei, Taiwan, STBIO is the first company in Taiwan to obtain a manufacturing license for food microbiological fermentation media from the Ministry of Economic Affairs. We specialize in industrial fermentation media formulation, R&D, production, and commercialization, with a strategic expansion into cell culture media to provide high-quality solutions for the global biotechnology industry.

In addition to microbial fermentation media, STBIO has developed high-performance, cost-effective cell culture media, widely adopted for cell proliferation, maintenance, and biopharmaceutical production. Our ISO 22000-certified facility operates general and Halal-certified production lines, producing allergen-free, Halal, Kosher, and organic-certified plant-based protein media, suitable for probiotics, lactic acid bacteria, fungi, yeast, and other microorganism fermentations .

Our specialized product line features food-grade, Halal-certified Lactobacillus MRS Broth, Potato Dextrose Broth, and Yeast Nitrogen Base Broth, widely recognized in both Taiwan and international markets.
